My husband and I were stranded out of state with very little money left in our bank account after being wrongfully charged hundreds of dollars. When we called RCCU, they worked extremely hard and we were able to get our refund back after a few short hours, even though it was supposed to take 5-7 business days. Extremely thankful for these amazing people!

I got a loan from them and they ripped me off by charging me extra. It was a 48 month loan and I paid for 54 months to find out I still owed $3k . I never missed a payment, they said the computer system charged me and they could only take off 1k . I will never be doing business with them again

One of those small time banks that know their customer names. I've been banking with them for years and will cont to bank with them the staff are very friendly and sweet. Just your small town style bank
