Been with this bank a long time and the only complaint I have is back several years ago we applied for a home improvement loan and someone came to look at our house and because it was small and under a certain footage we didn't get the loan. It still cost us several hundred dollars for that person to come and we were quite upset. Other than that we like the people.

Closes for the weather conditions..I mean I already have to cross town since the other 2 locations closed down but now closed due to bad weather..come on people tuffin up people
