This place is worthless. We're trying to move our aging mother into a nursing facility and they refused to assist in any way even with a power of attorney in place. Thanks for dragging your feet and making things so difficult in a terrible situation. Good job. Speak to the manager? Who do you think made the decision to delay the trust. As a matter of fact, when I told the manager that the social worker said this is the first time in 10 years she's ever had a bank refuse to assist, your managers response was "Social workers don't manage this bank." Again..... fantastic job with your customer service.
