I worked with Justin Wetz to set up an an IRA account, and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He took a lot of time to advise me on my investment plans, seemed like a really cool but humble guy, and was just super friendly. And his beard was equally pleasant - what a guy.

Rude customer representatives who seem to not have the time of day for those who bank with them. Will cut you off mid-sentence and transfer you to the next person. Have had someone read back my balance to me after pulling out money to pay a bill and chuckle at it as if she thought it was funny that my balance was so low. My debit card gets a block put on it for the most random reasons (ordering subway online was the most recent). Will be discontinuing banking with them as soon as possible.

Seems like a great bank . Coming from another bank where my checking account balance was wrong every month up to $ 200 off and now it’s correct every time and all I changed is banks . I guess it should of stayed Hardee’s instead . I was there 25 years and the last 3 went downhill .
