We refinanced our house last year. We chose Luana because they had the lowest rate. We were thoroughly pleased with the process and service. They made it really easy for us. When we needed to close at a slightly earlier date so that we could go on our dream vacation, they accommodated that too. We highly recommend using Luana Savings Bank for your mortgage needs. We love the fact too that, unlike most mortgage companies, they didn't sell our loan to some big bank but kept it local instead.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Emma assisted us yesterday and was fantastic. We had an appointment. We asked if she could do some paperwork while we completed the appointment.
