I must express my frustration with a bank of ignorant Dutch punks! Who don’t protect your money! My issue starts with third party companies who love to underline their products with hidden fees and just because you used your debt card for a purchase but didn’t authorize a monthly ongoing hidden fee they allow these scammers to continue to pull money then say it’s your fault. That would be like me taking a withdrawal slip to the bank and then robbing them for extra money at gun point!

I was helped by Bree (I think that's how you spell her name) and I would like to commend her professionalism, friendliness, and overall service! I'm a college student from over 20 hours away and she completely helped me out with a transfer I needed to make - thanks so much for your kindness and hard work!

I'll give it 5 starts when you guys fix your online banking, its a mess! The app doesn't work and the website has too may problems and errors. I've always had problems with the login. The best ROI ASB can get right now is to hire an Agency than can revamp their digital platforms.
