Applied for a refinance. Was accepted over 2 weeks ago. My documents I've submitted has been under review ever since. Called several time no answer. Will not return my messages.

My neice just went into this facility today trying to make right on her mother account because her mother having a stoke and my neice almost losing her mother to death. She was talking to a young man about the account when all of the sudden a lady named Misty came and interrupted their conversation rudely telling my neice that her mother ...“WAS BETTER Off DEAD”!!!! Is this the way to treat anyone like this at anytime, especially after such a traumatic incident. If I could give you less the zero I would do so. This was so uncalled for. Your company should have employees with better service skills, class, and a skill to show simpathy and people skills. After all your company is based on your customers and the service you give them. This is a disgrace to any company worth any thing.

It went very good. they helped me out of a pinch. I'm not to wild about the e-file part of it but thats just me i think. Me and conputers dont get along very well, otherwise it went great.

i went in 9/18 to close on a loan with the agent heather. she was the only one able to help the people coming in and with her experience she has gotten just in the few months being there. while going through paperwork we chatted and she was helpful and willing to do whatever it took to help me get what i needed settled. she was professional and something not appreciated enough in people but just genuinely so kind and caring. even with her boss who was obviously stressed and maybe not handling it how i personally would myself as a manager she stayed strong and empathetic towards her coworkers, me, and everyone that walked through the door while i was there. i throughly enjoyed my experience there and feel relieved and supported knowing i can call her as my agent with any questions or any help i may need. i can see she is a strong asset to their team at this branch. everything was explained throughly to me and she made sure to ask throughout that i understood and did not feel pressured to make any decisions i did not want to. she definitely deserves the recognition.
