First Federal Credit Union is a wonderful company. They have great opening accounts bonuses. Staff of two at location, many and great real tellers who are at ATMs. Thank you for your help, pleased with your service. Been customer for under a year, but can you install more machines so I can good service more places.

They might as well be an online bank. But, I feel like with an online bank, there would be more help. No one answers the phone. There is no number on the card to check your balance. I put money in my account at 11am on Saturday, it's still not in my account now, at 9 am on Monday. The app doesn't always work, so balance checks are null unless you can get someone to answer their phone.. which they don't. Other than that, the man who set up my account was great. That's all.
