Northwest Bank has always been great to work with from my experience for years now. My ag lender I work with helps my farming operation working well. I only took one star off the review because I have often wished they'd be more flexible and offering with their business hours and working with the customer's schedule.

Just had an incredibly rude experience over the phone. Asking a simple question gets a sassy reply. Glad I’m closing my account here.

Always very helpful

I have been a customer of this bank for decades. The receptionist at the main number in Spencer is toxic. She clearly does not like her job and has taken the smile off of my face with her attitude last week and again today on calls for separate matters. Pay this position more, find someone who doesn't generally dislike talking to people, or continue to lose customers. Northwest Bank has progressively become kess and less customer centric through the years, basically since the acquisition of First National Bank. This Laissez-Faire attitude and treating their "valued" customers as an inconvenience simply will not do for me. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND doing your banking here. If there were zero stars optional, this would be a 0-star review.

I enjoy this place and everone is really friendly and down to earth. But they prefer you to call and make an appointment to talk to the ones in their office; but if your their and not with someone not in there it's fine.

Great bank! Very helpful staff!
