What an amazing bank!!!! I called in requesting information on my deceased fathers accounts. Stephanie Marco was GREAT! She answered all my question! We were able to share the needed documents to each other within a day.... I personally don't bank here due to me living in another state, but I sure wish I could! THANK YOU so much for helping me!

Horrible bank!! Will charge you for paperless and overdraw your account from their own charges and then think you should pay for their policy that they don't even give you notification when they are doing these things. TERRIBLE customer service, the absolute joke of a woman I was talking thinks its funny that they did this.
