Check Into Cash, Waterloo, IA

I haven't had to take a loan out in quite a while but to know that I am in the system from cashing checks it made things alot smoother and I love Kerri she is so awesome and knows her job. It was a little misunderstanding over the phone but I don't think I worded my question right either. Overall 5 stars

Had a pretty bad experience with them over the phone and in person. Called over the phone about 12:40 ish asking about what checks they would accept and what the percentages would be and the lady kept beating around the bush until I got an answer out of her saying "Payroll checks are 2-6% under 1,500 dollars". Finally getting my answer I said "Thank you, have a good day", to which I got a nasty response and a phone slam. Finally getting there I saw a big colored board which had all the percentages, amounts and checks they do. I saw payroll checks under 1,500 dollars being 2-3% taken out (lie 1). Get to the counter the mid 40's lady is looking over my check only to turn it down because I signed it. Really? Not too mention I got lied to again by her telling me University Hy-vee had a check kiosk only to find they didn't when I called their customer service directly! Terrible customer service and I'll make sure this will be my last time going to you guys as a first timer for the bad customer service, rudeness, and getting lied to TWICE.

They are a business that cashes checks and when I go there with a 15$ check and have wasted gas and time to drive there. They are gonna tell my They can't cash it because I signed it with my name and the check is addressed to my legal name I just don't get what kind of business they are running in there. The people were rude there. Take your business somewhere else cause your just gonna have your time wasted if you walk in there doors.

I think the lady's who work there are absolutely the best. Fast, friendly and always a smile.

the first time I went in Kerri was very polite and helpful. even when she is training new people. she knows her job well. thank you for having this location and a employee like Kerri. will continue to come back and use your services

This staff is nothing short of amazing. Well prepared, fast service. The level of care and respect shown to customers is unmatched. You feel as if you are visiting family, I always leave with a smile. Deserves 10 stars. Keep up the good work.

When nobody could give me a loan, they gave it to me.... very grateful 🙏 Tammy was promoted and very helpful Very respectful... Tammy always helpful everytime I come here she always willing to go over and beyond to help.... Just make sure you have all your info ready, always helpful to call to ask question....

The young ladies were absolutely amazing! The best customer service i have ever had! Very friendly and accommodating! Just the type of people you want to run your business and even promote more!
