Dupaco Community Credit Union, Waterloo, IA

This morning after 4 I went to use the ATM on the wall of the Dupaco Waterloo branch at Schukei Road across from San Marnan drive. The thing is I deposit 90 dollars 4 20 dollar bills and 1 10 dollar bill and after few seconds the machine says that it was returning my money and the machine only spewed out 60 dollars 3 20 dollar bills and did not return 30 dollars. The atm machine stole my money and I am more than willing to take the lie detector test to proof that I am not lying about my experience this morning. Please respond as soon as possible

Dupaco has been a great banking experience for me. Very friendly, helpful, and really like the video drive thru as well as the lobby. It's fast and never have to wait to do my business.

This credit union is a joke! Yes I'm posting a negative review because I wasn't granted a loan. Reason for this post is they don't even try to make something work or give you a call to see if a co signer would be helpful! Unlike other credit unions in the area they to to accommodate the issue. I thought I would be curious and give this a shot. Bad choice on my part!

I have been with them for around 20 years. I have never had any problems with them and I really feel welcomed. They have went above and beyond for me a few times when I needed them. Won't go any where else.

JAKE BEMIS WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO GET MY CAR LOANS APPROVED AND MY CREDIT CARD. HE HAS BEEN PATIENT AND EXPLAINED HOME LOANS AND TRYING TO GET THEM TO ME AND ANSWERED ALL EMAILS PROMPTLY. AFTER 8 YEARS AT WELLS FARGO AND A YEAR AT VERIDIAN AND NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO GET A PREPAID CREDIT CARD OR A LOAN . IT WAS AMAZING TO WALK IN AND GET SUCH AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE .
