Great place to bank at wish they were open a little later but thats not on them. Wonderful customer service and very clean business. 10/10 would recommend anyone to bank here!

Large TV screens behind the teller window were unnecessary. Being forced to look at Fox News is upsetting to many of customers. When I mentioned this to a teller she explained to me that customers need to be entertained while they wait. There is very little waiting time at this bank and when there is, much of the population is offended by having Fox shoved at them. I like the State Bank but this is a very poor business decision.

I've done my banking with this company for many years. They always strive to make sure that I am satisfied and also that everything is correct and in place.

11:01 am on saturday morning and bank (drive three) was completely closed??
