not usually one to post reviews but I would not recommend this bank.

Fast friendly.

Hard lesson learned as a first time home buyer. I went through First State Bank to purchase my home. Top notch service! Loved the people and the experience! However, i must confess, i wasnt experienced in this process and somehow came to the understanding that i also had disability coverage on my loan in the event i should end up off work. Five years into my mortgage and am now off work due to health reasons and realized theres no coverage :( Amy McCoy spoke with me and was very awesome and apologetic for the misunderstanding and offered me some ideas on next steps to hopefully get some help on so i thank her for that! :) So, my lesson here is to make sure these things really are in place before closing. Shame on me.
