Both employees at this location have been nothing but helpful and just a delight to deal with. Both very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this location to anyone in need of check cashing services!

I have never had the need to go to a place like this before until recently. Like always, I turned to Google to find locations & reviews & EZ Money's west side location appeared to be the best There is a reason why this location has nothing short of 5 star reviews. It's because they deserve it The woman there was the most professional & at the same time personable person I have ever encountered. She helped me beyond words with what I was needing. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of these types of service!!

I've been going to the east side location and had so many issues! Decided to try the west des moines location on grand and it was such a blessing! I was having issues reborrowing due to mistakes at the previous location and the manager at the grand location was able to adjust it enough to allow me to borrow a little bit now and the rest on thursday. They were so friendly, very quick and extremely apologetic for the horrible experiences I had at the previous location! I can tell you right now they gained a new frequent customer as this will be the only location I will be going to from now on! Thank you so much guys! You are awesome!

I was stuck with a check from a bank in Chicago from an apartment complex whose management company is in Ilinois. After waiting in line at Walmart for 30 minutes they would not cash it. Stephanie greeted me kindly and was able to cash it! She is a wonderful person!! Highly recommend EZ money !

The staff that helped me was amazing. I took a check to Walmart and was not able to get it cashed for a pretty ridiculous reason. Took it here and had no issues. Will come back!
