Money tree, as cheesy as it sounds, flipped our day around. Chime is nifty but when you have paper checks it can be an absolute pain. Every other cash handling service was being extremely rude for the holidays and far from helpful. Erin went above and beyond to assist me. Dont even mind the fees (which are still really low ) because the customer service is so great.

I had a western union refund that I tried to pick up multiple times without success. Every time I tried, I was told there was a different issue. I was credited the refund in March and was not able to pick it up until July. Not until Erin from this location went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to call western union multiple times on my behalf and follow up with me. She was amazing! Great service, compassion and commitment! Definitely an employee to appreciate and emulate! Thank you Erin! .

I go in here all the time and usually have a good experience. My husband does as well. But the other day the one lady was rude when I asked to push the payday loan to my next payday instead of the one coming up because it's so close. She came off very snotty. I don't think I'll be using this location anymore. Every other location I go to they have been nice and offered to have the loan pushed out tell my next payday... so I know they do it. And At this location they did it for my husband just the day before. I just assumed the lady didn't like me.

These ladies are amazing. You walk in, they are always super friendly, eager to help, fast, and efficient. If ever you need to cash the check or need help with money for a quick loan these are the girls to go see.

Money tree used to be a great experience. They told me to sign up for the Netspend card because a perk was being able to pull money off for free. Now I go in to get money off to pay bills and they tell me that it now costs money to pull money off. Then what was the point in recommending it. I was never notified of this change or told of the change. When I told them to cancel it, they then told me they couldn’t do anything. YOU SET IT UP. I’m absolutely done. I’ve spent a lot of money at money tree and no longer will I do that. Goodbye 7 years of business I guess.
