Be ware, I was looking for a small loan and the rep tried to use credit information from almost 20 yrs ago to justify not granting a loan. Not only are they at fault for wrongful loan practices but so is Equifax for keeping credit information on file when it's to be deleted after 10 yrs. Unless Onemain can make any legal validation for their wrongful loan practices and why they are the ONLY ONES WHO DO. Then they can be sued. But hey who am I to let anyone on the Fed and state side know what they are doing?

My wife co signed a loan for our daughter in law and she has never been late. Her payments have always been paid on time. She informed them over 3 months that she will be in the hospital for surgery and the insurance was informed to start paying. But yet the staff reported false information to the credit company's. This is the last time we will ever do any business with this company. They don't deserve a star but I had to put one to let people know what kind of business this is. We informed them but they refused to fix their mistakes. Iam going to talk to a. Attorney about this

Shante is the lady who helped me today, total of like 30 minutes she was very patient and kind. Accidentally hung up on me and was quick to call me back thumbs up from me!

The representative who assisted me was very friendly and professional. There was no push to accept anything without full understanding of what I was signing up for. One mains' APR's are very competitive and and they give 20 days to think about it before accepting the terms. I would definitely recommend the service to friends and family.
