DLEvans is always very friendly and helpful. We love you DLEvans Bank. We had frauds on our debit card and then stopped it immediately and notified us on a weekend. Thank you for being so amazing and Johnny on the spot.

Chimene Smith is who I go to for all of my consumer loans. She is professional and competent. I have worked with Ben Nelson for a mortgage loan and he also did my refinance. He too is professional and competent. Everyone else seems super nice and they always take care of me whenever I go in to get money.

Service inside sucks and the ATM is always broken. Pretty sure it's intentional to force you to go somewhere else so they can charge the $3 fee. Switching to Idaho Central. They have way better service and treat you well. Unlike this bank.

Manager at the branch has zero communication skills. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Lack of communication resulting in what feels like my money being stolen by the bank itself.

RUN don't stop there my credit card was fraudulent used they said it visa fault, visa said it is there fault 1.5 months later and i am still no further resolved then when it happens called fraud line twice and they still haven't return call.. poor business practice if you ask me.

I’ve been banking at D.L. EVANS since I was 14 years old!!! And that was a very long time ago! Been through some awesome, awesome lenders and they always hire the most professional staff! Very grateful for my hometown community bank!
