I can't recommend this company enough. We started the day thinking of how to find a company to purchase our lease through. We thought about how much it was gonna suck until we found Lease End. The whole process took maybe two hours! We did everything via phone, text, and computer. Lease End searched for the best companies,rates, and payments for us. In all honesty, I have to say that the experience working with LeaseEnd was as close to ideal as one can get. Not only was their offer and its terms excellent, but everyone there that I dealt with directly was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Every request from them was reasonable, they were able to answer any questions that I had completely and in a timely fashion. If you are cinsidering an opportunity to buy out at the end of a vehicle lease, you should definitely give LeaseEnd a chance at being a partner with you.

UPDATE: crickets. not a word from a single person. i have been working with lease end to get into a car for about 2 months now. the only consistent communication seemed to be in the beginning, getting all my bank info and personal info, but since then it’s been a process. i go up to four weeks without hearing a word and then attempt to contact the most recent employee that has handled my case. to date, i have dealt with five or six different people and im making payments on a car i can’t drive yet. i am almost certain that experiences involving loans/liens/leases and vehicles are designed to be painful and this one has lived up to that. makes me miss interacting with someone on a car lot.

After deciding to end & purchase our leased vehicle, we called the dealership & they were not helpful at all. Researching how to end our lease via you tube saw an honest video about Leasend. Lucky we pursued. Just completed in a professional, patient and timely manner the transition from vehicle lease to ownership. Highly recommend Lease end to anyone in need of this service.
