Ryan and Laura were amazing- Ryan was quick to respond to my application, and he was confident he could save me some $$$. Lookout had extremely competitive rates and saved me 1.5% on my refinance. It was also a plus that they offer shared branching. My family are moving to Lookout.

We chose to do a refinance through Lookout (formerly ISU) and have had so many problems getting straight answers from those assigned to our case. It almost feels as though we are being avoided at times. I feel like a process like this should require good and straightforward communication but that has not been the case. I am not trying to rant, just informing others that may be considering refinancing through this credit union that it will take 3 times as long as they say it will, and you will have to call and check up on the process more than I feel should be necessary because they don’t stay on top of your case. I regret choosing this credit union for our refinance.

My local branch teams members are unfailingly professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, when I have needed to speak with a team member in the main office, via phone, I have found that they, too, are courteous, informative, helpful, and professional.
