D.L. Evans Bank, Caldwell, ID

It is hard to find a bank that still has customer service. I opened my first account when Jim Thomssen was your manager in Caldwell. He set the bar high. I have been impressed with the level of personal care for clients. Especially Sherri goes out of her way for me. However, after leaving my 5 star review yesterday, today I was very disappointed. I managed to get my employer to open all of his business accounts at D.L. Evans last week and after today’s dissatisfaction he will be closing them. I am on at least 7 accounts and have been on several others. I have referred many people to the bank. This pains me.

As a former employee, I was appalled by the lack of greeting, kindness, and service. I don’t know how HR hasn’t addressed this place. Go to Nampa for a true D.L. Evans experience. $5 for a debit card Tiffany? I never had to charge anyone that before and I made MANY debit cards.

DL Evans bank in Caldwell is fantastic. Our company needed to set up HSA Accounts. Misty is amazing. Very helpful. Her willingness to help and pleasant personality really exhibits what you want in your bank! Highly recommend them!

Got our accounts locked because of some mystery transactions that were pretty concerning. Getting them transferred and reopened was SUPER easy and convenient! The banker who was talking to us said something and the banker sat behind her actually sent an email to correct one thing she said, and it was very funny to us. Overall, very awesome staff! Thanks y'all :)

The teller and Gillian are friendly and highly competent, two attributes I value highly. I am very pleased to have an account with D.L. Evans Bank.

I have never been turned away from a bank before. I should have worn my suit :( Looks like their service is not what they promised me.
