One of the worst banks I've ever banked at, unfortunately they are the only bank or credit union in town or within 30 miles. Would be great if this town would get another credit union or 2nd banking choice. People at local branch are great people. But umpqua bank itself stinks to bank with. Definitely the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life.

Seriously is the world's greatest bank. It really feels like they are in it for YOU, not to make money. I would recommend them to anyone. I don't even live in Cascade anymore, I live on the other side of Idaho 400 miles away and they still give such great customer service.

Worst bank we have ever dealt with. Closing account today! Only bank within an hour drive, well worth it to drive even further to bank. The application never works, customer service has been awful every single time whether it’s in the bank or calling into corporate.

No customer service here. I wish I could give a negative. I mean really what happened to customer service. Also if you need anything seems like the one person who can do the task is never there.
