I had a zero balance on my credit card until 1/25. I charged $219 on it at Costco, then paid it off two days later. There was still an amount of $6.98 showing. I called to find out what the charge was and was told that it was interest. I asked why I had $6.98 interest for two days of a credit card charge for $219. The guy asked if that was all I had, and what I said yes, he hung up on me. I have always had good customer service with eEast Idaho Credit Union, but I will be closing my account. UPDATE: I was contacted by my branch manager because of my review. She took care of everything and said they are looking into the issue that I had with the one gentleman. They renewed my faith in them. I will be staying.

The Challis staff was outstanding. I dealt with each member of the morning staff over two days and had a very pleasant and successful experience. I recommend this financial Institute to meet your needs.

This branch has exceeded my expectations with their customer service. I had a difficult transaction, and Kesha assisted in a kind, willing and professional maaer. She went above and beyond to make that transaction a success. I also want to do a shout out to Tracy, Lucy and Laura. They are always kind, personable and professional whenever I come in.
