I have worked with the principals of this company for almost 20 years; and they are top notch in the real estate field. Today I needed some extra service. I needed a copy of a Promissory Note executed in 2013 !! My call got directed to an entirely different department. I was greeted with a most helpful person that didn't sound annoyed; but was very helpful and got me on to the correct dept. Ally B answered and after I explained my plight she went right to work. In about 5 minutes, she had recovered the document and had a pdf file on its way. I know I took her away from her job, but she made me feel as if I was her very best investor. Bravo! I am so grateful for the staff at Lake City Servicing for their kindness, patience and understanding. For me, owing money to anyone is stressful especially during these trying financial times. It is so nice to have employees of my lender know me by name and always willing and able to answer questions and/or concerns throughout the process even though we only connect via phone and email. It gives doing business with them that "hometown" feeling.

This was our first time working with this company and our first project. Myrlie has been hands down a blessing! Very responsive. Very informative. And extremely helpful.
