As long as you communicate with them they are very understanding and helpful with loss of income as well as late payments as long as there is a good reason. I have almost always paid on time or early but the few times I was not able to they were very understanding and accommodating with my payments. Truly a great place to start building your credit. I started with no credit when I got a loan through them and because they were able to help me I now have nearly a 700 score in just over a year. An amazing company to work with, hands down.
