Do not go here unless you like being talked down to. The lady at the first desk is nice and you can tell she will try to work with you but the older lady at the second desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will constantly interrupt you even if you’re not dealing the loan through her and make you feel like you’re lesser than her because you “need” to go though her for a loan. The most uncomfortable experience I’ve had applying for a loan. If you want a better deal and better service go to World Finance, they have better APR too.

Don't apply for a loan when the lady at the first desk is gone. The one at the second desk was not at all friendly and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I got tired of chasing paperwork for 4 days and not having her follow up on her end. I found another place and was approved in 30 minutes and the staff was great and very helpful. Have had many others tell me the same thing since then.
