Not willing to properly investigate and positively support a customer concern with honestly and throughly before making a quick incorrect decision without consulating with the customer. Evaluated Financial Services did not meet my expectations in regards to customer satisfaction.

Needed to consolidate my credit cards and have looking everywhere and tried to find places to help me out but everyone wanted 125% interest rate! I just figured I didn't have any hope, Elevated was willing to give me a loan at not even a 3rd of what the other lenders wanted to charge me on thier interest rates! Not only did it help me but also helped me with a great rate and low monthly payments. Thank you Elevated for helping me and will refer people your way 🤗

I am a customer that has experienced excellent customer service!! They are willing to answer all your questions, concerns and any personal problems that you have. They are caring, compassionate and Awesome to work with on my loans! I highly recommend that you give them a chance! They will amaze your expectations as they did mine.

They paid us $20 bucks for 5 star reviews but they are anything but good people. I was in the hospital and made payment arrangements the day I was supposed to pay for being 1 month behind they towed my only mode of transportation in rural Idaho. I’m a single mom with a heart condition on SSI. I begged them to let me pay my month pass due and be up to date and they refused.
