Teressa Allen helped my to clean up my account on my app. It turned out to be very difficult and she had to reach out to a pro for the app. to get additional help. I have a number of accounts including business accounts. It took almost 45 minutes and it became apparent that she was staying beyond her normal quitting time to continue to help me. She got everything resolved! Teressa made MACU shine for me. I had tried several time before using their phone customer service but was not able to get the issues resolved. MACU has been there when I have needed. Thanks Teressa and MACU!
