I'll have to completely disagree with the review below. I wouldn't give a star except for the fact I have to in order to write a review. My family lives and works here in Island Park and though we enjoy doing business in Pocatello where we opened our accounts, the CSR's at the Island Park branch are the most rude and unprofessional people we've dealt with. For being in the customer service industry, these ladies haven't a clue how to properly treat people. From the ignorant, sarcastic remarks and attitudes, they truly need to seek other professions or management needs to focus some training on this particular branch. We'll be looking for another place to bank unless something changes soon.

The ladies at the Island Park branch are always personable, friendly and professional. Great service and good Interest rates.
