Washington Federal was the first bank account that my mom opened for me as a kid and I have banked with them since. Ann and Marty have always been so nice and friendly everytime I communicate with them. I highly recommend banking with Washington Federal and especially banking with the branch in Jerome

We first switched to Washington Federal out of convenience but are so glad we did. Ann, in particular, has always provided customer assistance with a smile, genuine desire to help the customer, and conscientiousness in seeing things through and that they are seen through correctly. While always professional, she provides the type of service that makes you feel you're dealing with a trusted friend who cares and not some faceless banker or a conglomerate. It's a personal touch that really does make a difference.
