Really sick and tired of being harassed! I know when my payment is due, i know i may have a payment behind, but doesnt mean blow someone's phone up! They beyond over step the line with calling! Never again will i loan from here!

Vicky and Amanda are absolutely wonderful. They're thorough in their explanations and as helpful as they come, They'll do what they can to help you, and they've helped me out whenever I needed.

Very dissapointed with this place. I make good money but have been very irresponsible and donated most to the local casino. I put myself in a horrible situation and really needed help. Was honest about why i needed help 'shouldnt have done that' and when finished app over phone, she gave me a little hope and said manager would decide in morning. I took everything i had left to title loan 'not enough but got little more time'. In morning i printed off last 4 pay stubs, bonus info... Showed up just after they opened , open sign was off, wasnt sure if i was in the right spot, they looked at me like i was lost, had to ask if they were open/continental loans.. I explained that i had documents to help my cause. She told me she had called last night and left message saying they couldnt help. This is Funny because my phone is broke and very hard to use/ messages are full and u cant even leave any... The whole experiance was just aweful, I felt like i was judged and left feeling ashamed. I understand i messed up but really wanted to fix those mistakes, just needed a little help, now things are only going to get worse.

Vicki and Amanda are exceptional in customer service! They always do what they can for their customers, and are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the loans and payment process. They are quick to adapt to new procedures, and are great at getting customers on board with new changes within the company. I've used Continental Loans for years, and I've had nothing but good experiences, even when I've fallen behind. Thank you Vicki and Amanda!

All I have to say is these folks are fantastic! They gave me a loan that was just right. The service is incredible. I highly recommend if you need a loan to go see them!
