I was a member for 2 weeks and I had maybe been in the bank 3 times before Cammie and Lexi started calling me by name. It was a great feeling and made me feel valued. I would recommend this bank to anyone living in McCall. I've now been a member for about a year and a half and still get the same great service every time I walk in there. Idaho First Bank rocks!

All banks pretty much do the same thing nowadays, so what can set them apart is the level of customer service they offer. If you're looking for a bank where people know how to offer exceptional service, remember your name, are professional, smile at you when you walk in, then you'll love banking with these guys. After working with much larger banks for years, I was convinced to move accounts to IFB in McCall. Sherry, and her staff, have been outstanding to work with. If you're looking for a local bank that wants to work for you, I highly recommend IFB.
