WaFd Bank, McCall, ID

Washington Federal in McCall is my favorite bank of all time. The employees and management are super personable and professional. I have had a very positive experience banking here and appreciate the excellent service I have received each time I come in. I will definitely reccommend them to my friends, family and co-workers.

I have been banking with Washington Federal in McCall for so many years! Even when I have moved to different cities and states I have chosen to stay with them because no matter where I am or what is going on they have offered me exceptional customer service and helped me navigate the financial world. They go out of their way to make even the most confusing things clear. They are so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable that I would not hesitate to recommend banking with them to anyone.

We have banked here for over 2 decades. Thelma has always served us so well in the McCall branch. We moved from McCall over 6 years ago, but still deal through McCall as Thelma is always so helpful. Thank you for being there for us!! Julie and Larry Jindrich

Awesome customer service! Daniel got us approved for a construction loan! we have been trying to buy or build for a few years and no one has ever been able to get it done. Washington federal will!!

My first experience with WaFd was when my mom and dad needed a local bank after moving to Donnelly. My dad recommended WaFd because he works at Tates Rents and Tates has been a client of WaFd for a while. Gabe (my dad's boss) recommended talking to Daniel because he would be able to point them in the right direction. After my parents opened their account my mom applied for a job there and our whole family banks there. Daniel and Brittany take good care of our family and we truly feel like we matter. No matter where I go after I graduate I will be sticking with WaFd and look forward to many years banking with the McCall branch and those that work there.

Even though I work at WaFd now my experience with this branch didnt start that way. My husband works at Tate's Rents in McCall and Tates has been associated with WaFd for quite some time. Back in 2022 when we were struggling to sale our house my husband's boss Gabe talked to Daniel about alternatives if we make it to the end of our contract without selling our house. He gave us good advice and hope if we didn't get our house sold. When we moved to Donnelly we needed a local bank, there was no question, we headed strait for WaFd. While there we were there setting up our account Daniel encouraged me to fill out an application. I was hesitant because I'd never worked in banking, however I did so about a week later. Not only do I have a bank that took care of me and my family when we weren't officially clients, but I work with a great group of carrying individuals who really care about their clients and do whatever they can to give them a great experience.

The customer service provided by Brittney and Daniel is phenomenal. I feel completely comfortable with their expertise in all banking issues. I highly recommend placing all banking needs with this team. They definitely give the term customer service it's true meaning.
