Advantage Plus Federal CU, Montpelier, ID

First I am not a member of this Credit union. My experience took place for a need of a roll of quarters for Laundry. I entered Credit union asked if I needed to be a member to exchange 10 dollars for a roll of quarters. No was their reply. I said ok cool. Then they asked me for my I.D. felt odd. I needed the quarters. They took my i.d. scanned my i.d. and ran my i.d. through the computer. Strangers had my personal information over a roll of quarters. I.d. is required so much for such frivolous things. No wonder identity is stolen so easily. I proceeded to call several of thier branches. Only 2 said it was normal. Soda springs and montpelier the rest said not an issue and didn't need my ID for that type of exchange. Call my banks in which I am a member of they said they don't require i.d. for a roll of quarters exchange. So maybe fraud is a big problem in those 2 towns.

I have banked with Advantage Plus Federal Credit Union for years. They have helped with vehicle loans and have always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to bank with them for years to come.

Pretty easy to get approved for stuff but the app is slow at processing your mobile deposit and whoever you deal with over messages has an absolute set of steel nuts for the way they talk to you but oh well. God damn near act like theyre youre parents.

Literally the most shady people I've EVER worked with!! There are a few thday seem nice, but beware, they'll screw you over just as fast as the crazy ones! Beware of Brooke, she's awful!
