Mike, I have no clue what you could possibly be talking about with your negative review. I am 54 years old and my wife the same and neither of us have ever had an experience like we have every time we go into the branch or call someone for help. We moved our business and personal accounts 4 months ago and could not be happier. Everyone in the Moscow branch we have dealt with has been above and beyond, every time! We love our bank and that is a first for us. We also visited the Lewiston Branch not long ago and it was the same energy there. We encourage more people to look into WTB!!! Thanks so much to all of you working there. Especially in the world we live in today it is so wonderful to see people who want to do their job well...

This is a great bank with wonderful staff! I've recommend this bank to everyone. Josh is the best! When I came in last winter wearing a mask and hat I'm surprised that he not only recognized me but remembered my name. It's not like I come in that often, at most once a month to deposit a check and withdraw rent money.

The employees are always helpful and kind. I really like that they know the customers by name.
