Valerie is amazing. My husband came in and she helped him with a smile and fun jokes along the way until they needed to put my name on the loan and he had to run home and grab me. I showed up and she again, was so sweet and patient with us! I highly recommend this location due to the amazing customer service and how much work they put into trying to help you out! Valerie at the 12th Ave Nampa location is where it’s at.

Highest interest rates around and they said they give you a courtesy call for payments but for some of us that work long hrs they call over and over again then when they can get ahold of you they call the wife. its called a courtesy call no a harassment call there should be a way to opt out of the courtesy call and have automatic payments from the account so people dont have to waste the time or gas to drive there or call the store.

The Cash Store at E Maine Ave - Store #807 Nampa is the best! Valarie at this location has gone above and beyond to help with my financial needs. I highly recommend their service.

Love your manager Joey he takes the time to help and answer questions and explain everything from simple as good day with a smile to a hard time on provine card information he is a wonderful person to talk to pleasant to be around love his candy bowls thank you Joey I will drive the hour and ten minutes to go to your store.

I came late, 5 minutes till closing. and Joey helped me out! He's super awesome and stayed 40 minutes late!
