Don't waste your time here. I called and spoke to a rep there, explained my last pay stub wasn't correct and could they take my previous paystub or accept the deposit showing in Mt Bank account. I was told to bring in a pay stub that's from the last 30 days plus my bank info, D.L. and a good phone #. So I drive down there to give all of the info they asked for and just because there was a small smudge from the printer I had to pull up my stub through the app, download, then upload plus downloading and uploading every detail of my checking account. After all that, then I'm asked if the app is through my job, yes it is but it's also a 3rd party app called Gusto. Then she proceeds to ask if I have a work badge with my picture on it. I was never told to bring that and I don't carry that on me on a day off! Then they want to call my employer to verify I work there but my job does not do that over the phone due to safety concerns. An official form needs to be emailed to HR. So after that, I realized they were just being rude, unhelpful, and wasting my time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Joneeta/ Jo was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and gave a lot of helpful information and made this experience very easy. Such a unique experience coming here, not like other loan places, very homey type of vibe there. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

This was my first time getting a loan, I was not sure how it all worked. But Joneta was amazing! She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood. I appreciate the time she took to help me when I needed it the most. Thanks Joneta :)
