I have been a customer for years and the customer service that Sharon provides is exceptional!!! She is truly a wonderful person!

I spent several hours trying to get this check cashed today, at another business, just to be told they didn't have the funds to cash it and I'd have to leave my check with them "for a few days" before getting my money. When I walked into this location I was tired and frustrated. There was only one woman working (Sharon I *think* I'm not positive though) but she was kind, explained to me the process and that it would take a little bit of time. She was able to cash the check for me and was very friendly and welcoming the whole time. Not once did she make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time or that she didn't want to be there. I hope you're able to figure out who she was (if not Sharon) because she deserves recognition. I will definitely refer people to you guys! Thank you!

We worked with Sheri, she was very friendly and easy to work with. Explained everything about the loan we got and how repayments can be made without confusing us. She even provided benefits for larger loans. I have worked with other loan companies like this, and a lot of of the time service is unfriendly it helpful. The rate we were able to secure way even better than we anticipated after just finishing a loan with another company. Very pleased.

Hands down the best staff! I have been in and out of this store for years, and these girls keep me coming back! Even if they are busy, they never hesitate to lend an ear and have a friendly conversation. Time and time again, I have seen people just come in to say hi or bring treats and its their warm welcome that makes this happen. This location always makes you feel like family. Thank you for all you do!

Sharon was very friendly and soooo helpful seriously so nice. She was even so nice to stay a little After close just to do my application I can’t thank her enough. She was a life saver. Thanks again I will for sure be referring people to this location.

Tammy is fantastic. Made the process extremely easy and without stress. I highly recommend this place if you're in a pinch and need a little extra help to get you to pay day.
