I made 4 trips in one day trying to get a check cashed. Each time I thought the hang ups had been remedied there was a new issue. Finally they got everything they needed to cash the check, including verification from the. And that the check was good and funds were available, just to tell me I'd have to leave the check and wait "a few days" to get any cash. To top it all off the employees customer service skills were incredibly lackluster.

They steal all of your money when you’re a single mom with one income raising five kids! I can’t even get gas in my car let alone give my son a birthday because they stole my hole pay check!!! They are the absolute worst people ever!!! I will never ever do business with these people again!!!

Kellee was absolutely amazing. She made me laugh and took the awkwardness out of taking out a loan. She was quick and super efficient

Don't like to have to do it but it's the best people at the best place to make me feel comfortable they're awesome
