Came in to cash a check, fee was too high. I asked to get my check back they said after we photo copy it &all your info. l asked why they would need my info when l wasnt doing business with them. They told me it was their policy to sell my personal info & to gather info. About why l was leaving. Called corporate to get my personal info back, they did NOTHING. Wow!!!! Dont walk, Run!!!!!!! You were WARNED.

If you’re considering an installment loan I suggest shopping around a bit, obviously it’s best to avoid it if you can but we all know that that’s not always possible. There are places out there that will lower your agreed upon payments as you pay down on the loan, moneytree will not. It’s gouging in my opinion and I will go elsewhere for help next time.

Frequent customer here. Came in to cash a check I received for selling a musical instrument to Piano Gallary, so a business's printed check. First she wouldn't take the check because it wasn't dated. So I took it back and had it dated and brought it back to cash. Then she questions me about what the check is for and where it came from, and then calls the business to check and make sure the check is valid. Never had this happen before with checks I've cashed! Is it your companies policy to treat every customer like they're lieing and trying to pass a forged check?

I want say my experience at money tree was great especially Irene. I needed to get a loan but all my information was on my phone (I’m not very tech savvy) but Irene helped me find a way to get the information to you and she was very patient. I can say without a doubt that this was the best customer service I have ever received in Pocatello. Money tree should be very happy that they have someone like Irene running their business! She is a valuable asset and should be taken care of and maybe even train people on customer service
