I assumed having a loan on my car would be more stressful then it has been. Mellisa has been great and super helpful explaining things to me rather then just telling me I owe a certain amount of money on a certain day. I was able to count on northwest title loans last year when my sister passed and I needed the extra cash and again for Christmas . They get you in and out pretty quick. Defiantly the only place I would trust in town for this type of help.

Lacie she is nice person and she did a great job at helping me and she was a great assistant and she helped my mom with proper attitude like enyone should do as a Manager's helper should.
