It started out good, we were supposed to have ONE payment taken out. For some reason they think they need to take a partial payment out EVERY WEEK. It has now gotten us so far behind on everything else that we are drowning. I've called MULTIPLE TIMES to try and get them to take it out once a month as AGREED but they continue to try and take money out weekly. Thanks one main. YOU TRULY ARE A LIFE SAVER......NOT.

Loan collection practices for clerical errors when they recorded my payment information on the phone. The lady calls and is very abrasive and mouthy. Sitting here grilling me about an automatic payment that when I spoke with them the last time was setup. Now they are saying the bank account has been permanently block from use. No I have these abusrd late fees on my loan when it should have been deducted from my account to begin with. Place is a joke.

I have a loan with onemain. My husband and I have always paid on time. When I call in they never answer my calls. Then I can turn around call from my husbands phone and they pick up immediately. The account is in my name. I truly feel as they purposely avoid talking to me.

I Was very skeptical of these company's offer loans. Must say that you are pre-approval for a certain amount with low monthly rent. This is always untrue. However with OneMain Financial they are different. Kent, my loan agent was very up beat, friendly and i beleived everythin he said right away, (which is very, very unusual for me). He not only got me what i asked for he was able to give me a higher loan, which I really needed. He made the loan process quick and easy and I had my money the next day. I highly recommend them

Company is not transparent with loan fees and costs. They say they cover the loan with life insurance and then try to sign you up to pay $50 extra a month for unnecessary insurance when. I felt like they were trying to scam me and canceled the loan.

The worst experience i have ever had with a loaning company, the interest rates are really high, even with a credit score of 795, i only have 800 in monthly bills and i make 4500 after taxes monthly, i even put my paid off vehicle thats a 2012 Chevy cruise that has 70k miles for collateral, i only asked for a 4 thousand dollar loan. They low balled me and said my car was worth $1,400 and said my interest rate would be 35%. I walked out of the building, i cant believe these people, i dont reccromend by any means.
