Nichelle is absolutely amazing. She was able to get me in during my self caused emergency with no appointment and I left in under an hour with the loan that I needed for new snow removal equipment. Kind, caring and absolutely on top of it!!!

I like this branch and I like the overall service of P1FCU but I do not like that they refuse to issue debit cards on site. If you need a card you have to wait a week for it to come in the mail. It's 2021 and P1FCU is failing to move into current Banking practices that their competitors have done for a very long time.

They're very nice and although my 'banking' is very limited I've had friends say P1FCU worked with them when no other bank would. Hometown banks (credit unions) are the only way to go to help the communities we live in.

Love the Ponderay Location! Have been with p1fcu for a long time.. 10 Plus Years! But am thinking of leaving due to the call in customer service. Why shoulld it take longer to speak with a Human at my bank then opening an auto claim with my insurance company. Someone needs to fix it! Horrible
