Ireland Bank is truly amazing! I have been a customer of Ireland Bank since 1997 and doing so, Ireland Bank understands my spending habits and over the years they have caught fraudulents charges and Ireland stopped them, of course they let me know and with my permission. Ireland Bank is the best financial institution ever!

i’ve been going through this bank for two years (16 y/o - 18 y/o). my mom set my account up for structured settlements i would be receiving from an accident and i can only use it with an attorney’s permission. a very close friend of mine had past on tuesday july 5th and i wanted to donate to the gofundme that was in place for her funeral services so i had called at 5:25 pm on friday july 8th to see if they would stay just 10 minutes late so i could make a withdrawal of $100 so i could donate it to my friends gofundme. the lady said “im sorry but were leaving, you can use the card at the atm…” and i cut her off because i had already told her i can only make withdrawals in person because i have to have special permission from my attorney. and she said “well theres nothing we can do…” and i just hung up and sobbed because i was already on my way to the bank and already had permission from my attorney. i know i was going to be late but i just remembered what time is was. i just wish i could’ve been shown more kindness since they had knowledge of my situation and i’ve always been respectful towards the staff.

Since moving from Oregon I needed to set up a local savings account for all of my kids. I called a couple of banks to ask details about what they offered but they weren't very helpful. When I talked to Kim at Ireland she was super helpful! I went in and we got all 4 of my kid's set up with savings accounts. She even made sure that we got a savings account that could have as low as $1 and no monthly fee. Since my kids are ages 2-9 and aren't earning large sums of money at once it was perfect. You cant beat their customer service and I've banked with 6 different banks.
