Beehive Federal Credit Union, Rexburg, ID

They have amazing loan rates and are so understanding and helpful in every way. This is the only financial institution I have worked with that makes me feel like they actually care about me and my success. They are SO GOOD.

I hate dealing with this shady credit union. Always a hassle. There are much better credit unions all over the area.

Third generation member. In dire need of assistance with a loan bank is completely non willing to work with me even though I don't pay any of my utilities right now or rent. Never had a penny of debt always have made payments and they have never needed financial assistance. I'm 167% over their limit but I don't pay any utilities or rent so that should put me 167% below their limit. I thought they were about helping the community not hurting them. I asked for a 50 month payment plan back but with not having to pay any bills I could probably do it in 30 months,; at all the bonuses and taxes I could probably get it done in 15. If helping the community and helping their members really did matter I feel like they would be at least willing to sit down and try to figure something out to help me in my situation. I wonder if I was a single mother struggling just as bad if the loan would have been approved immediately.

Have only had great experiences here. Absolutely one of the best places you can go for great interest rates, but more importantly to feel like you’re heard. Let them know what you want and they will do their best to help you wether it’s to open an account with them, or even send you to someone else because they can help you better. They made sure that my needs were met and that I was heard. Will definitely be telling everyone about Beehive and the great experiences I’ve had with them.

I have been with Beehive ever since I married my Rexburg guy who has been a member ever since he opened his first checking account. We have been so happy with the service and have never been disappointed. We don't ever plan on switching banks! We have used them for all our car loans, they have the best rates around. We feel safe and secure with our money at Beehive Federal Credit Union!

They have the worst mobile banking site I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. I have a pretty small car loan here and every time I submit a payment, there is no confirmation alert, email, text, pop-up, banner, or anything. This has caused late payments because I submitted a payment and saw no confirmation, but apparently it didn't go through. I've always made a double payment because of the same issue. Getting an external account set up to pay the loan was a marathon in itself, so there continuation of abysmal ux design is not surprising to me.

Updated post: do not apply for house loans or anything other than car loans here! They never answer the phone or call you back. No mater how many times you call and leave voicemails… we tried to do a house loan through them and did the entire application my husband and I left excited thinking we would hear back the next day and everything would be great. We waited and called several times and never heard anything for 2 weeks. I got pre approved with a different company in 3 hours… after the 2 weeks they notified us that they couldn’t do anything for us… then we tried to do a credit card with them and the same thing… I thought it was just a fluke… but now time 3 of trying to refinance with them and I’m on day 3 of calling and just being transferred to voicemail after voicemail… I will say that car loans with them have been smooth and awesome! So that’s great! I also like their regular banking. I was just thrown by what bad customer service they have everywhere else. Best customer service other than in house loans! at any bank I’ve ever been to! Always trying to help you find the best deal that they can get you! They truly care about you being happy and finding what you really need!

I love everything about this bank. They are amazing to work with. But really? Closed on Juneteenth? Do you just find any possible excuse to not work?
