Zion's Bank is wonderful. Their customer service is the best you will find. April is my favorite teller as she is super fast and friendly at getting exactly what you need done. Steffen is great to work with on a commercial or business loan! The process is always very smooth and they always close on or before scheduled time! Thank you all for the wonderful years of service you have given us.

Steffen at Zions was absolutely amazing to work with during the process to receive a loan and set up an account. I was very impressed with the communication and how willing to help he was. He genuine cares about his customers. I highly recommend working with Steffen!

My husband and I have been using Zions bank for a little over two years now, but needless to say we have had problems with this bank since day one. There are always pending charges, fees that are tacked on regardless if the account is at a positive balance, when cashing a check they post it to the account as if the cash was withdrawn from the account which made our account go negative for a weekend, I could go on and on but, needless to say because of our experience with Zions bank we will never be banking with them again. I would never recommend!

Zions has been instrumental in our business banking needs, from help financing the building thru the SBA to navigating Covid-19. Steffen, Travis, and Justin have been great. Their tellers have been kind and courteous every time I come in.

As a small business owner in Rexburg, I would say that Steffen and Travis have been great to work with for our business needs. They have been attentive to our unique needs and helpful with questions that have arisen along the way. I really feel they have bent over backwards to serve and be advocates on our behalf. I've been happy with the tellers as well--Hope is particularly pleasant.
