Horizon Credit Union, Sandpoint, ID

I am currently trying to get my money back. They have my phone number and could have called me, but they did not do that. Now I find that they were taking my money from my account without letting me know! They didn't see any deposit activity, so they started deducting my money, every month. Now there is nothing there! Somebody gave a review earlier that said these people are SNEAKY! I will have to agree with that! They are definitely SNEAKY! Not good people to deal with! GO TO P1FCU!

I used to love horizon but have come to fiND they are sneaky and worse than a bank with fees. They will post checks outside of banking hours when there is no possibility of you to access your account. This has happened to me recently and I have had to pay multiple fees. I find them sneaky and not for hard working people. I don't recommend them.

Thanks to Chris for helping us get up and running. We had some out of ordinary requirements for our account. He made it easy and fun for our visiting Granddaughter. We may move our entire financial life here to Horizon Credit Union.

I've had three accounts open there for 4+ years and I love them! Always really nice and help me out whenever it is needed. They always make things right.

We Love Horizon, they are always super friendly and extremely helpful. If you have problems they fix it right away.
