Character and competence. Those are two critical components of any successful company or person. Our search for a home was hard, and after almost two years we thought we were close to completing it. The company we were working with, before Pam and PrimeLending, very nearly cost us the deal through a series of foibles and questionable practices that literally cost us thousands of unnecessary dollars and would have cost us thousands more over the life of our mortgage. Fortunately, just as we prepared our hearts to give up on our dream, we decided to let Pam have a shot at taking over our deal. When she took the reigns, things started happening in a timely and direct manner. Things that were nebulous and confusing with the other company suddenly were clear and direct because she knew her stuff and had seen it before. She actually takes on one of the hardest challenges for a lender with the Idaho financial assistance program, and successfully navigate her clients through the maze of government programs, to honor her commitment in every way.
