Ashley Haney is one of the most ignorant & rude people I’ve ever dealt with at the bank! Everyone else is great, just seems there’s a lemon ruining the reputation.

I think Ashley Haney has been great to work with, not sure why the callout with the other reviewer.

The Advantage Plus Credit Union in Soda Springs has some of the very best people working there. I have always received courteous and helpful service from the ladies there. They show respect when helping me with whatever it is I need, from a notary stamp for my living will to transferring ten bucks to my kids account. Big or small these ladies treat every transaction with importance and always make me feel cared for as a member.

I'm very unhappy with this bank right now. Their system was hacked and charges were charged against my account. They say they are going to reimburse the money but haven't seen a credit yet. They also froze my account and the only way I can unfreeze the account is to get a new debit card which they want me to pay a $25 charge. I would think twice before doing any business with them. I plan on looking for a different bank and closing this account.

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE this bank and I have never had a problem but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
