Was being helped by a great employee. Right as we were about to close, She told me she had to go to a "meeting." Got passed to a shark that made me uncomfortable. I felt like she was trying to scam me. Can't help but wonder if this was a scheme. They were supposed to return my call in the hour depending on whether or not they would match interest rates but she never called back. They expected me to refi at a higher rate despite never missing a payment and improving my credit score.

Stay away from this company. The loan is so high interest and if you are unable to make a payment they make you take out more to extend the loan and extend a payment. This company is no good stay far away and seek out other options. Been paying a year and have not even paid of 1000 yet at 440 a month

I’m so thankful for Bobbie trying so hard to help get the loan to meet my needs. She was very quick and effective. I had very few questions because she answered them. I have no concerns. Thank You One Main Financial for your help!!!

Disclaimer: I am not a customer of theirs; I was accompanying my sister while she was making a payment on her account. This was my experience as a happenstance, third party. The gal who was helping us was very nice and pleasant to talk to. She asked about our day and how our Christmas went, the usual. Then a lady named Christine ruined it for everyone. Without warrant or invitation, she got up from her desk to insert herself where she didn’t need to and made awful, demeaning comments. I was takenaback that someone would go out of their way to be as terrible as she was with such horrible customer service! I could never recommend this place because she was rude and treating us as an inconvenience - when we weren’t even in need of her help. I’ll tell anyone who asks about my experience there and won’t ever do business with them. We’ve all had financial trouble now and again and I find it appalling that this Christine lady would ruin the potential to gain a customer or, at very least, good word-of-mouth to pretend she is above and better than everyone.

Worst mistake I ever made was trusting that they would screw me over in the end! Never will I ever do business with this company again. And please don’t post your lame response of how you are sorry for the experience. Your sorry doesn’t help anything when people needed your help to start!

Number one I don't know how a loan company plays will tell you that you qualify for a 9800 loan and then when you get everything all situated oh yeah everything's going great everything is going fine with your loan then you come down to the final nitty-gritty and then they sit there and they have the gol to tell you all you know you only qualify for 5400 which doesn't make any sense because if they sit there and they say one thing and then they only do another that's not cool I'm sorry but I was raised where you have to be worth your word you tell somebody that's what it is then that's what it is but it seems to be a whole bunch of lies and deceitfulness anymore the only reason that they even got a two was because yeah at least they're nice that's funny because it's like they're nice about telling you lies and that's just not cool on any level or appropriate or ben eficial towards business
